Real Estate Advisory for Developers
RERA project registration and compliance, joint development and collaboration agreements, allotment letter and builder-buyer agreement drafting, and landowner negotiations.
The builder is three years late on possession. What can I actually do?
Under RERA you can either demand possession with monthly interest for every month of delay, or withdraw from the project and claim a full refund with interest — the choice is yours, not the builder's. A complaint is filed before the State RERA Authority against the registered project and is usually decided far faster than a civil suit. Consumer Commission and, where the builder is insolvent, NCLT are alternative routes. Keep your allotment letter, builder-buyer agreement and all payment receipts.
